Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SS Hospital (Run by PBMS Healthcare Private Limited), we strive to ensure a smooth financial experience for our patients. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for online payments.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Consultations: Can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the slot for a 100% refund.
  • Health Packages: Can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the restricted window may attract a nominal 10% administrative fee.

2. Refund Process

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) used during the transaction. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Fees are non-refundable once the medical service, diagnostic test, or surgery has been performed. Emergency admission deposits are subject to the hospital's internal settlement policy upon discharge.

4. Payment Failure

In case of a payment failure where the amount is deducted from your account but not received by us, the amount is usually auto-refunded by the bank within 5-7 business days. Please contact your bank for such instances.
